Tok, you are a Master of Visual Atmosphere. This image transported me out of my body and into my deeper mind where I shared a singular moment with 'you' - out of all time and dimension and context.
Your ART has a visual signature that is instantly identifiable as yours, and I must step into your 'context' to view it, very much like a visual novel. Each image has a luminous quality - that of mystical adventure - of myths and fairy-tale. Your work is curious, full of internal dissonance. This dissonance puts a question to every image. It creates a call and response from image to viewer, and with each image I wonder, "How can this photograph be of my time?" These photographs of yours are not unearthed from old trunks, they are captured in this timeline - my timeline - and that dichotomy creates a cascade of synesthesias.
